1. Platform Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use our AI image creation system. Users aged 14 to 18 may only use this system with parental or legal guardian permission and continuous supervision.
2. Limited Liability
Due to occasional generative algorithm delays, high server concurrency queues, or network transmission fluctuations, the platform assumes no liability for failure to deliver AI images to your email immediately. Under no circumstances shall the platform's total liability for breach of contract, damages, or infringement exceed the actual amount paid by the user for the involved order or USD 100 (whichever is higher).
3. Global Processing License Grant
For our AI service to function, by clicking to upload a pet photo, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide temporary license to process, format, and store these contents for technical service purposes.
